2.典型问题解析
(1)拉线棒安装时未挖斜坡(马道),拉线与拉线棒受力不在 一条直线上,易使拉线棒受力弯曲。
(2)拉线棒露出地面过长、拉盘埋设不足,拉盘承受上拔力达 不到设计要求,影响电杆稳定。
(3)回填土不设防沉土台,自然密实后出现凹坑,且倒截锥土 体重力不足影响抗拔力。

3.标准工艺要点
(1)拉线坑应挖斜坡(马道),回填土应有防沉土台。使拉线棒 与拉线成一条直线。(2)拉线盘装设,拉线棒应沿 45 °马道方向埋设,拉线棒受力后 不应弯曲。承力拉线与线路方向的中心线对应,拉线棒不得弯曲。(3)拉线棒外露地面长度一般为 500mm~700mm。

(1)钢绞线在 UT 型线夹舌板回转部分松股;拉线的各股线受力 不均,影响钢绞线机械性能。(2)螺杆丝扣在紧固后露出过短,易导致线夹变形、松动甚至 脱落;拉线无法调整,螺母易脱落等问题。..................................................
3.标准工艺要点
(1)线夹舌板与拉线应吻合紧密,受力后应无滑动现象,并不应 有松股现象。
(2)UT 型线夹的螺杆应露扣,并应有不小于 1/2 螺杆丝扣长度 可供调紧。调整后,UT 型线夹的双螺母应并紧。
