电流互感器准确度等级,为什么有的时候带S,有的时候不带S?

提及电流互感器,想必大部分电气人员再熟悉不过了。
但是如果说到电流互感器带"S"和不带S所表示的含义及区别,可能不少电气人员都是一知半解,甚至还有一些电气人员是一问三不知的。
今天我们就来讲一讲这方面的内容。我们都知道电流互感器和变压器很相似,变压器接在线路上,主要用来改变线路的电压,而电流互感器接在线路上,主要用来改变线路的电流,所以电流互感器从前也叫做变流器。

后来,一般把直流电变成交流电的仪器设备叫做变流器,把改变线路上电流大小的电器,根据它通过互感的工作原理,叫做电流互感器。
电流互感器稳定性好,采用零磁通技术,具有电流测量精度高,可靠性强。

电流互感器带"S"和不带S都是表示测量电流互感器精度等级。在规定使用条件下,互感器的误差在该等级规定的限值之内。
电力工程中计量常用的等级有0.2、0.5、0.2S、0.5S等。
如0.2级或0.2S级测量用电流互感器,其最大的区别为:在小负荷时,如0.2S级比0.2级有更高的测量精度,0.2S主要是用于负荷变动范围比较大,而有些时候几乎空载的场合。

在实际负荷电流小于额定电流的30%的时候,0.2S级的综合误差就明显小于0.2级的电流互感器。
带S的为特殊电流互感器,要求在1%—120%负荷范围内,精度足够高,一般取5个负荷点测量其误差小于规定的范围;
不带S的,是取4个负荷点测量其误差小于规定的范围。

互感器的精度是制造时就规定好了的。
常用的精度有0.1级、0.5级、10P级。不同的负载使用不同的精度。
计量要求准确的,使用0.1级。
当发生短路时,电流很大、考虑互感器线圈的磁饱和问题,所以保护一般选择10P级。测量选用0.5级。
