什么是高供高计、低供低计电力计量,储能系统如何接入并网?

在电力系统中,“高供高计”和“低供低计”是两种常见的电能计量方式,它们在保障电力供应的公平、准确计量以及电力企业的运营管理中发挥着至关重要的作用。而在不同的供电计量模式,即高供高计和低供低计下,储能的接入方式也有所不同。
01 高供高计
“高供高计”是指在高压供电的情况下,通过高压侧的电能计量装置对电能进行计量。在“高供高计”方式中,电能计量装置安装在高压侧。通常采用的是高压电能表,其工作原理主要是通过电流互感器和电压互感器将高电压和大电流按一定比例变换成可测量的小电压和小电流,然后输入到电能表中进行计量。
这种计量方式通常适用于用电容量较大、供电电压较高的用户,例如大型工厂、商业综合体等。其优点在于能够准确反映高压侧的电能消耗情况,减少了因变压器损耗等因素导致的计量误差,提高了计量的精度和可靠性。同时,高供高计的设备一般具有较高的防护等级和抗干扰能力,能够适应较为恶劣的运行环境。
02 低供低计
“低供低计”是在低压供电时,通过低压侧的电能计量装置进行计量。在“低供低计”方式中,电能计量装置安装在低压侧。其原理与高供高计类似,但由于电压和电流的等级较低,互感器的变比相对较小
这种方式常见于居民用户、小型商业用户等用电容量较小、供电电压较低的场合。低供低计的设备相对简单、成本较低,安装和维护也较为方便。然而,由于需要考虑变压器损耗等因素,其计量精度可能相对略低。
03 高供高计储能接入方案
在高供高计模式下,由于供电电压较高、容量较大,储能的接入需要更为复杂和精细的规划。其中,高供高计模式下储能系统共有三种接入方案,接入示意图如下:
1.10(20)kV高供高计10(20)kV高压侧并网
2.10(20)kV高供高计0.4kV低压侧并网
3.110(220)kV高供高计10(20)kV侧并网
04 低供低计储能方案接入
相比之下,低供低计模式下的储能接入则相对较为简单。一般来说,小型的储能装置可以直接接入低压侧的配电箱或配电柜。具体接入示意图如下:
