举例说明:某500kV变电站的H-GIS为例,设备为分箱式( 一相一壳),也可称为单相式。550kV H-GIS布置如图1所示,主接线如图2所示

例如,需测量 5052断路器的回路电阻,因5052 断路器是封装于金属壳体内的,无法实现直接测量。
为了实现测量,需要做到以下几点:
(1)断开50521和50522隔离开关;
(2)合上505217和505227接地开关;
(3)合上5052断路器;
(4)临时解开505217和505227接地开关接地连接线。
(5)通过505217和505227接地开关的接地端实现测量5052断路器回路电阻的目的。
当接地开关导电杆与外壳绝缘时,可临时解开接地连接线,利用回路上的2组接地开关导电杆关合到测最回路上进行测量,经过1次测量得到的电阻即是断路器的电阻。
测量人员在现场进行测量时往往存在个误区,即直接把通过505217和505227接地开关的2个接地端测得的数值作为5052断路器导电回路的电阻。但很多人忽略了一个重要问题,即当接地开关导电杆与外壳不能绝缘分隔时,实际测量回路如图3所示。

此时测得电阻是断路器回路和外壳并联的 电阻:
R = Rd ×Rw/(Rd + Rw)。
为了测得断路器真实的回路电阻值,还需进行以下测量:
(1)断开5052断路器;
(2)通过505217和505227接地开关的接地端
实现测量H-GIS外壳电阻Rw ,则断路器的回路电阻为
Rd = R ×Rw/( Rw-R)。
这样,只有经过第2次测量,再经过计算得出的电值才是较为准确的电阻。
